SW High Rejection

Brief Introduction

ZEKINDO SWRO MEMBRANE SERIES are high-rejection membrane elements developed for seawater desalination. They ensure long-term, stable performance with consistently high salt rejection while maintaining standard flux levels.

Highlights of the SWRO Series:

  • High boron removal and salt rejection rates
  • Increased sheet thickness and cross-linking degree for longer service life and improved chemical resistance
  • Shorter membrane sheet length design to maximize effective area utilization and reduce membrane fouling

SW HR

SW HR membranes are optimized for applications requiring maximum salt and boron rejection. They help ensure very high permeate quality, making them suitable for industries with stringent water purity requirements.

  • Flux and rejection rates are based on the following standard test conditions: 5 MPa (800 psi) pressure, 77 °F (25 °C), 32,000 ppm NaCl solution, pH 8 feedwater, and 8% recovery
  • Permeate flow for individual elements may vary by ±15% from the specified value
  • Stabilized salt rejection is typically achieved within 24–48 hours of continuous operation, depending on feedwater characteristics and operating conditions
  • Active membrane area is guaranteed within ±4%
