Extremely Low Pressure

Brief Introduction

The ZEKINDO BWRO Membrane Series delivers years of proven performance, combining high efficiency with long service life. It offers exceptional cleaning durability and consistently produces high-quality permeate water while minimizing overall unit costs.

Highlights of the BWRO Series
  • High salt rejection for brackish water applications
  • Optimized performance at low operating pressures for energy efficiency
  • Available in standard and fouling-resistant (FR) variants to match different feedwater conditions
BW XLP

XLP membranes deliver high water output at exceptionally low operating pressures, significantly cutting energy costs. Despite their low-pressure design, they provide consistent salt rejection and high-quality permeate water.

They are ideal for applications where efficiency and cost savings are critical without sacrificing water purity.

  • Permeate flow and salt (NaCl) rejection are based on the following standard test conditions: 2,000 ppm NaCl, 225 psi (15.5 bar), 77 °F (25 °C), pH 7.5, and 15% recovery
  • Flow rates for individual elements may vary, but will not be more than 15% below the specified value
  • Stabilized salt rejection is typically achieved within 24–48 hours of continuous operation, depending on feedwater characteristics and operating conditions
  • Sales specifications may change as design revisions are implemented
  • Active membrane area is guaranteed within ±3%
